My name is Sam, I am a regular guy in my late-20s with a regular job as an engineer, travelling in my time off and keen to explore new countries, cultures and food. I am based in Germany and love planning trips to destinations not often visited by tourists. I generally travel solo and stay at hostels, which allows me to meet amazing people from all over the world!

I speak 4 languages and love to try out local food wherever I go. I have started this blog in 2026 to share some of my experiences and hopefully provide some helpful tips and suggestions to anyone planning their next trip.
